Moving On

BWA’s Refuge Officers will help and guide service users through their housing option and assist them with re-housing.

As part of the support planning process, re-housing progress will be reviewed on a regular basis and will be monitored by the support services manager.

BWA has no influence over the decisions which local authorities or housing associations make regarding residents’ re-housing matters or housing offers. However we will do our utmost to support our clients whilst housing issues are being negotiated and will assist them through this process as much as we can.

BWA will also provide resettlement support for a period of up to six months, if required.
