Your BWA Refuge Officer will monitor the satisfactory progress of:

• Housing benefits
• Legal proceedings and alternative housing
• They will also regularly review your Support Plan with you
• They will also accompany you to Court/other appointments if necessary.

It is BWA’s aim to support you to take control of your life, and you will be encouraged to develop the skills you need to become more independent. Steps will be outlined and agreed with you on your Support Plan.
