House Rules

These are in place to ensure the refuges remain safe, clean and well-managed. You will be expected to read and sign the Occupancy Agreement and House Rules, which explain your rights and responsibilities and to keep them. You will also be expected to sign your Support Plan which will also be part of the agreement. This means that you agree to the terms and conditions in all these documents.

Evictions

If the Occupancy agreement or House Rules are broken, eviction procedures may be taken,
in line with BWA’s Eviction Policy. This is to safeguard refuges, residents, staff and committee members.
